Booking pace is monitored throughout the season, performance is reviewed several times a week, and prices are adjusted when needed. Google Ads and newsletters are managed directly, ensuring pricing, distribution and marketing all move forward together toward the same goal.
My role isn't to send reports — it's to take action and stay present: spotting when a month starts to drift and helping keep the hotel pointing the right way.
